on both sides of the table.

I began as a software engineer, moved into people work through XLRI, and spent the next decade and a half advising founders, CEOs and engineering leaders on culture, org design and the decisions that keep them up at night. As CHRO at Log9 I scaled a company from 95 to 350 people. At Samsung I have delivered 150+ hours of coaching to 25+ senior leaders and built a leadership coaching ecosystem from scratch.

Coaching found me somewhere in the middle of all that. What I learned in training was simpler than I expected: to be present, to give more space than feels comfortable, and to be curious about the who of the person rather than the topic they walked in with. Today, the work I love most is helping leaders declutter the cross-connections in ambiguous, hard situations — so they can establish clarity and move ahead with confidence.

Along the way I have loved storytelling and speaking — at forums like PeopleMatters and Great Place to Work, and in guest sessions at XLRI and IIM-Ranchi. My mission has stayed simple: helping people discover, unlock and reach their potential.
