17+ Years of Leadership · ICF-ACC · Systemic Team Coach

“I coach for clarity.”
When the threads feel crossed.

Leadership rarely happens in clear conditions. Amid complex change and high-stakes decisions, the signal gets lost. I partner with you to find clarity and act with conviction.

Best for senior leaders and leadership teams navigating ambiguity, scale or transition inside large or fast-moving organisations.

(a) — The philosophy

“Coaching is a prism that helps create a rainbow out of light — helping people see dimensions beyond what they see today.”

My practice is built on silence, space and curiosity. Not a framework to fit you into, but room to let the cross-connections settle until what matters becomes visible. Freedom, learning and ambition are the values we work from — I hold the space; you find the clarity.

(b) — Ways to work together

Three formats, one intention

Each format is a different lens on the same work: slowing the noise down enough for clarity to appear.

Executive coaching

Private sessions for leaders at the top of the room — clarity on the decisions only you can make.

Working the system, not just the individuals — how a team holds itself when the pressure is on.

“Drop the need to understand. Your role is to be with the client — you won’t create a question, you will arrive at one.”

“You cannot change what you cannot see. So we create a new observer in the room.”

The five-disciplines team diagnostic

A working tool from my systemic team coaching practice, built on Peter Hawkins’ five disciplines. Score a leadership team as its leader sees it and as the team lives it — the gap between the two is where the coaching begins. Explore a sample engagement or enter your own team’s scores.

All testimonials ↗
“There was an immediate feeling of comfort. Raman picked on a few things my subconscious mind was speaking. Which gave a lot of perspective to my conscious mind.”
Aishwarya Rao · Coachee
“It was an interesting approach, which allowed me reflect and think out aloud, almost as if one is having a conversation with their own self. Sharp questions, aha moments, deeply reflective moments, some uncomfortable realisations. All that in an hour!”
Sandeep Kumar · Coachee
“We have answers for all the questions within us. Sometimes we don't try, or fear asking ourselves those questions. Raman asks questions in a way that lets you derive the answers yourself. Worth it.”
Pani Kumar · Coachee
“Thanks, Raman, for asking me to speak with you, and I'm glad I did. Appreciate you taking the time to listen.”
Anand Ramchandran · Coachee

(f) — Questions people ask

How is this different from therapy or consulting?+

A consultant hands you an answer; a therapist works largely with your past. Coaching sits in the present and the decision in front of you — I ask the questions that help you see your situation clearly and choose your own next move.

What happens on a chemistry call?+

Thirty unhurried minutes. You bring a question you have been sitting with, we talk it through, and you get a feel for how I work. No pitch, no obligation on either side.

Do you coach virtually?+

Yes — most engagements run over video, which works well across time zones. I am based in Bengaluru and meet in person there when it helps.

How long does an engagement usually run?+

One-to-one work typically spans six to twelve sessions over a few months. Team coaching is multi-part and shaped around the team's own rhythm.

Not sure it’s a fit? That’s fine.
Let’s find out together.
